 Yesterday, in Moscow coastguard institute of Federal Security Service of Russia the basketball tournament of 15 student teams for Zhigiliy Cup was opened. Vladimir Zhigiliy�is Dynamo Moscow veteran, multiple World and European champion, Olympic Games prize-winner. More than twenty years Vladimir Zhigiliy�was serving in this institute. He was drafted as the junior lieutenant and served until getting the rank of lieutenant colonel. Also he was the head of the sports team. �So, the tournament�will be kept by the round robin and will be finished on May, 26. Suppose, that this tournament will become annual and will be kept on the threshold of the Day of the frontier guard, which is held on May, 28 in Russia.�
